Suite Features

At Eastbourne we provide a practical and cost effective solution to your requirements for office consulting space.

Our flexible terms allow you to rent an office for your use on a sessional, part time or full time basis. We can also provide 24x7 access to the building for after hours and weekend consulting.

Our suites and offices are newly renovated and can be provided fully furnished if you choose. They range in size from 13m2 (3m x 4.3m) to 35m2 (7m x 5m), and should you require more space we can provide you with two adjacent suites.

Eastbourne Professional Suites have been designed with private and discrete consulting in mind. All partitioning between rooms is sound proofed and insulated to the highest rating. Separate air-conditioning and ventilation systems are installed for each suite, and all have windows with garden views, or views to the Melbourne CBD.

Our charge includes all continuous overhead costs. This includes furnishings of an excellent standard, all building outgoings, fixed ethernet cabled internet and wireless broadband internet, cleaning, security, all utilities and access to staff business centre facilities and staff kitchen. For an additional charge, the following secretarial services are also available.

- Full diary management and handling of all telephone enquiries
- Management of all appointments including pre-appointment information sent to patients and referral collection from patients
- SMS appointment reminders
- Invoicing, payment collection and Medicare online services, third party billing, debt collection
- Access to Genie Medical Specialist Software

Common facilities provided in the building include separate male and female toilets and client waiting areas with couches, seats and magazines.

There is onsite staff parking and free unmetered one and two hour parking is available directly outside our building.
Public transport is very accessible; we are just 100 meters from Jolimont Station, and trams 75 and 48 and bus 246
from Clifton Hill to Elsternwick are near our front door.
