Ann is a registered specialist trauma psychologist with extensive experience delivering CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and general counselling to individuals and families. She also has a wealth of experience providing training, mediation, and conflict resolution to the public and private sectors.
Ann’s expertise stems from her experience in the criminal justice system, The Family Court and the Federal Circuit court together with many years in organisational psychology. Her interests lie in equal opportunity, complaint resolution, bullying, debriefing, and counselling in unfair dismissal and civil complaints.
Ann is qualified in areas such as CISM (Critical Incident Stress Management), psychotherapy, brief therapy and CBT to mediation and training. Her experience was gained in both general counselling and specialist healthcare settings, such as Child Protection, Victoria Police, victim support, academic institutions and private practices.
