Susie works within a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive framework, offering support to individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, challenging family dynamics, and grief. They provide a safe, non-judgmental space for people of all lifestyles, cultures, bodies, and gender identities.

With a compassionate, relational approach informed by psychodynamic, attachment, trauma, embodiment, and inter-cultural theories, Susie is experienced in working with diverse communities, including LGBTQI+ individuals, Culturally and Linguistically Diverse/BIPOC clients, sex workers, and those who are neurodiverse.

Recognizing the challenges of finding a new therapist, especially for those with prior negative experiences, Susie works at each client’s pace, guiding them to explore and understand the deeper roots of their symptoms, fostering long-lasting change.
